Grant applicant needs to return the application form by October 10, together with the following documents – in order to meet the selection criteria for grantees set up by the Organiser:
Board certification in vascular surgery, radiology, angiology, cardiac surgery, or cardiology OR proof of 5 years experience in vascular medicine.
Once your application is accepted, please book your own hotel room and organise and pay for your travel.

After the course you will receive a reimbursement form. Return the form to us, duly filled in, together with the original receipts within one month after Aortic Live Symposium.
